IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND BE AWARE OF THE WEBSITE'S POLICIES BEFORE MAKING PURCHASES.
- Legally, the exchange or return of the product received due to: regret, defect or sending of a different item, can be made within a period of up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the same (the product must have been received).
ATTENTION: The store will not accept any request that falls outside the cases mentioned above. If you have any questions, consult our "Payment, postage and delivery policy".
- In case of exchanges or returns due to sending of the wrong product or a defective product, both cases must be proven and within the period mentioned above.
- We do not make exchanges or refunds due to lack of attention to the information previously provided by the store, due to incorrect choice of color, size/measurement and similar, since the product description gives all the guidance for the correct choice of size, color, model, etc.
- If you receive the wrong or defective product and wish to exchange or return it, send us a video taken as soon as the package was opened and the defect or difference was noted, as proof that it was received in this way.

- You may request an exchange or return of the product received within 7 calendar days of receiving it.
- After the exchange or return request process has been completed via email, the product must be sent back to the store. You will be informed in the email with instructions on how to send it (reverse logistics).
- As soon as the product arrives, we will analyze the condition of the product and contact you via email. After confirming that the product is defective or was sent incorrectly, the customer may:
- Choose a product identical to the one purchased;
- Opt for a refund of the amount paid;
- Choose another product of the same value;
- Receive a coupon for the value of the product for future purchases.
β’ ATTENTION: If the store receives the product with signs of use, dirt, damage, etc., the exchange or refund request will be immediately canceled and the store will be no longer obligated to exchange or refund the product, and the product will be discarded. If the customer insists on demanding an exchange or refund for a returned product that is used, dirty, damaged, etc., the store will take legal action.
- When exchanging a product that is proven to be defective/incorrect, the store will send another one at no additional cost to the customer.
